This made me chuckle...and think back to my old habits. I have uploaded a ton of food pictures and I'll be posting them and recipes friday/this weekend.

I got my heart rate monitor today from Sears! Only $54 and they are usually >$100! I worked out for an hour on the stairclimber and burned 754 calories! Success! It's so fun to watch the calories tick away. Best purchase ever :)
